Education
Noe graduated from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1994. He graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas 1999.
Professional Experience
Noe has been a practicing attorney in San Antonio for 23 years. He has a proven background in all aspects of litigation having appeared in and tried cases throughout the State of Texas, as well as pro hac vice appearances in Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Jersey. Noe’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, construction, commercial and business litigation. Although always seeking practical and reasonable solutions for clients, he does not shy away from litigation and has the experience to try cases for his clients in Federal and State Courts to judgment. He regularly represents clients in all aspects of construction projects, including negotiation and development of agreements, establishing, and enforcing mechanic’s and materialman’s lien rights, defending or prosecuting construction defect matters as well as defending clients involved in catastrophic injury and fatality cases, workplace accidents, and commercial property disputes.

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Personal
Noe is part of the Long Range Steering Committee for the Boerne Independent School District and the Site Based Decision Making Committee for Boerne High School. He serves as a Director for 4 the Heroes Foundation, Inc., Hill Country Mission for Health, and Bombers Fastpitch, Inc. He is also a 2019 alum of Leadership Boerne. On their time off, Noe and his wife, Greta enjoy following their daughter’s softball team play, and when time permits Noe enjoys throwing a fly out to rising trout and tailing reds.
