Education

Mr. Fisher attended Baylor University where he graduated in three years with a BA in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy in 2010. He then attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 2011. While in graduate school he completed several externships, most notably with the Brooks Development Authority. Mr. Fisher was part of a team responsible for creating a business plan to transition the Brooks Air Force Base into an EB-5 Regional Center for foreign investment. Mr. Fisher also graduated from American Public University with a Master’s in Business Administration in 2013 before attending law school. He graduated in 2015 with a Juris Doctorate Degree from Baylor University. While attending law school he was involved in Baylor’s Moot Court program and was a member of the Order of Barristers.

Professional Experience

Following law school, Mr. Fisher began his legal career in Waco, Texas. He was an associate attorney in a general practice with a focus in real estate and probate. Mr. Fisher joined the San Antonio office of Hoblit Darling Ralls Hernandez & Hudlow LLP in early 2017 to pursue a litigation practice.  He currently represents municipalities, healthcare providers, and other businesses.

Personal

Mr. Fisher enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Natalie, and his family and friends. He also enjoys watching sports, hunting, and many outdoor activities.
