Mr. Kendall attended Trinity University, where he received his B.A. in 1974. He then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, and received his J.D. degree in 1981.
Mr. Kendall has been practicing in San Antonio at the South Texas area for 36 years. He has tried approximately 75 personal injury cases to verdict. He has defended physicians in administrative proceedings before the Texas Medical Board. He has defended operators of hospice, long term care facilities for the mentally challenged and foster care programs in addition to the more traditional medical malpractice defense of physician, nurses, CRNA’s and hospitals. He has also defended owners and operators involved in commercial trucking motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Kendall is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Admitted to State Bar, 1981, Texas; also admitted to practice before United States District Court: Western, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
