Ms. Rábago graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School in May of 2005. While at St. Mary’s she was on the Law Journal and was an Articles Editor on the Editorial Board. She was also a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Hispanic Law Student Association. Ms. Rábago obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University in 1995.
Ms. Rábago has been a practicing attorney in Texas for over 12 years. She represents a variety of clients including, but not limited to those working in the hospitality and apartment industry in contract disputes, dram shop defense, employment law, construction law, premises liability, and negligence related claims all over the state of Texas. She also defends insurance companies in bad faith claims. Ms. Rábago is involved in and/or manages all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, evidentiary motions and dispositive motions; preparing and responding to written discovery; making oral arguments on discovery motions; negotiating settlements; deposing fact and expert witnesses; and preparing appellate briefing.
Ms. Rábago further assists clients by performing fatality/serious injury incident investigations. Ms. Rábago, a former all lines catastrophe claims adjuster with an Associate in Claims certification, also assists clients in insurance coverage and indemnity matters. Ms. Rábago further represents clients in various state and city investigations on a variety of matters including, but not limited to, alleged code violations, boiler inspections, OSHA and health department investigations.
Ms. Rabago has tried and/or assisted as second chair in several cases before Texas state and federal courts.
Ms. Rábago is admitted to practice in the state of Texas, and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Ms. Rábago grew up in Austin and prior to attending law school spent five years as catastrophe claims adjuster traveling all over the United States. From this she gained an appreciation for all things Americana. Ms. Rábago, the proud daughter of parents who have been married for over 60 years, has five older brothers and eleven nieces and nephews. When not at work Ms. Rábago enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family. Ms. Rábago is also an avid reader, crafter, a fan of historical documentaries and almost anything science fiction.
